- 1.Do you feel responsible for other people's feelings, thoughts, actions, choices, wants, needs, well-being etc. etc.
- 2.Do you feel emotionally compelled to solve problems of others
- 3.Do you feel it is only you who has to take care of other people's feelings
- 4.Do you find it easier to feel and express anger about injustices done to others than about wrongs done to you [without whining all the time]
- 5.Do you feel safest and most comfortable when you are giving to others instead of asking for help
- 6.Do you feel insecure, uncomfortable and guilty when someone gives to you something that you need and want
- 7.Do you feel empty and worthless if you don't have someone else to take care of or a problem to solve or a crisis to deal with
- 8.Do you blame yourself – if others are unhappy or bored or angry or upset
- 9.Do you stay in relationships that don't work and keep on tolerating abuse
